What method of shipping do you use?

We primarily use United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground for shipping our products. The total amount due is determined during the checkout process according to the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because we ship our products UPS Ground, your order will typically arrive within 5-10 business days from the date you place the order. This includes 1-2 days for order processing. Delivery dates will vary based upon the area of the country to which the order is shipped. Should you have the need for a rush delivery, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accomodate your request.

What is your return policy?

CribsAndBibsBoutique.com offers a 100% satsifaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product, less shipping costs. If the product is damaged or defective, you can either receive a full refund (including shipping costs), or receive a replacement product. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us first for return instructions.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective!

Please note that there will be a re-stocking fee for pedal cars, pedal planes and tricycles that are returned for any reason other than defect or damage.

Is your site secure?

Do you charge tax?

CribsAndBibsBoutique.com does not charge sales tax on any order placed outside of the state of New Jersey. If you order within New Jersey, you will be charged an additional 7% sales tax on the cost of the product and on the cost of shipping. We don't like it any more than you do...

What is your cancellation policy?

Because we attempt to ship all of our orders with 24 hours, cancellation of any orders must be received within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Shipping and handling will be charged to all orders that are shipped prior to CribsAndBibsBoutique.com receiving your cancellation request. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded if the order has been shipped for any reason other than defect or damage.
