Please note that we place shoe orders with the manufacturer once a week. Therefore, if we are temporarily "out-of-stock" of the shoe you order, it may take up to two weeks for you to receive your shipment, once we have that particular item back in stock.

We normally ship all in stock items within 1 to 2 weeks from the time your order is received (usually faster than that). Orders are usually shipped first class via the U.S. Postal Service and actual delivery time will vary according to your location. Any item that is "sold out" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our store. You will have the option of waiting for the item to be back in stock or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund of your purchase price. Should you have the need for a rush delivery, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accomodate your request.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Shoes may be opened in order to determine proper fit on the child, but they cannot show any wear should you seek a refund or exchange. If the product is damaged or defective, you can either receive a full refund or receive a replacement product. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us first for return instructions.

Because we attempt to ship all of our orders within 48 hours, cancellation of any orders must be received within the first 48 hours of placing the order.
